Rabate99 services are only available to individuals who meet the following requirements. By registering an account, you confirm that you satisfy all criteria listed below.
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. rabate99 strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request verification documents at any time.
- You are registering on your own behalf only — not on behalf of another person, company, or corporate entity.
- You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition issued by any relevant authority.
- You provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process.
- You do not reside in a geographic region that specifically prohibits the use of online entertainment platforms such as Rabate99.
Important: Rabate99 conducts age verification (KYC) as part of the registration process. Accounts that cannot verify their age within the specified period will be suspended until verification is complete.

Account Users
Each user is only permitted to have one active account at rabate99. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balance.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions carried out by any third party who gains access to it.
- Login credentials — your username and password — are confidential and must not be shared with anyone, including family members.
- Any changes to account information such as phone number or email must be communicated to the Rabate99 support team for security purposes.
- Rabate99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
- You must immediately notify our support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
The KYC verification process at Rabate99 involves submitting documents such as a national ID or passport. This is an industry-standard security measure that protects your account and funds.

- Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes and cannot be transferred directly to other users.
- Rabate99 does not accept cash or cheque deposits. All transactions must be made through the listed digital methods.
- Deposits that fail to process due to third-party technical errors will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Rabate99 reserves the right to decline or refund any deposit that cannot be verified or raises suspicion of fraud.

Withdrawal Funds
Rabate99 processes withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. To withdraw funds, KYC verification must be fully completed first — this is a mandatory requirement and cannot be waived.
- The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your Rabate99 account.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional security checks may take up to 24 hours.
- Each user is limited to a maximum of three withdrawal requests per day. This limit may be increased for VIP members upon special request to the support team.
- Rabate99 does not charge any withdrawal fees for standard transactions within the set limits.
Failed withdrawals due to incorrect bank details are the user's responsibility. Please ensure your account number and recipient name are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request.

Bonus & Promotions
Rabate99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members. Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
- The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Please read each bonus's terms before claiming.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per user unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
- Rabate99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated wins if there is evidence of bonus system abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- The maximum bet limit when using bonus funds is RM 30 per session unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
- Rabate99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

Rules Games
All games on Rabate99 operate according to rules established by their respective game providers. Rabate99 does not alter or manipulate game mechanics in any way.
- The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical error confirmed by the provider.
- In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, Rabate99 will refer to system records to determine a fair outcome. If no outcome can be determined, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account.
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out feature available on certain Sports Betting markets.
- The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for ensuring your bets remain within the permitted limits.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical or other means will result in immediate account termination.

Conduct Prohibited
Rabate99 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.
- Registering or operating multiple accounts with the intent to claim bonuses repeatedly or circumvent restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the Rabate99 platform.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
- Abusing promotional features or the bonus system in ways not intended.
- Threatening or harassing Rabate99 customer support staff.
Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Rabate99 cooperates fully with investigations conducted by legitimate authorities.

Intellectual Property

- Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish any content from the platform without written permission from Rabate99.
- The trade name "Rabate99" and associated logos may not be used in any manner without written permission.
- Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Limits Liability
Rabate99 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption and all games function correctly. However, certain limitations apply to our liability.
- Rabate99 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failures on the user's end.
- In the event of unavoidable technical disruptions, Rabate99 will take reasonable steps to restore service promptly and ensure user interests are not adversely affected.
- Rabate99 makes no guarantee that gaming activity will result in profit. All forms of gambling carry the risk of loss.
- Rabate99's liability in any situation shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Termination Account
Whether you choose to close your account or Rabate99 takes action, the account termination process is handled in a fair and transparent manner.
- You may request account closure at any time by contacting the Rabate99 support team. Any valid credit balance will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Rabate99 reserves the right to terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of serious violations such as fraud, multi-accounting, or illegal activity.
- In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, Rabate99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses and wins associated with that breach.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be automatically closed after a notice is sent to the registered email address.

Amendments Terms
Rabate99 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
- Users will be notified of material amendments via in-platform notifications or email to their registered address.
- Continued use of the Rabate99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you do not agree with any updated terms, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
